I’m the author of the best-selling Three Minute Therapy. I’m a practitioner of REBT/CBT and trained with Albert Ellis. I’ve been in mutually-supportive polyamorous relationships for much of my life. I’ve successfully worked with jealousy in this context both personally and professionally.
