I help Neurodivergent Clients with ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, and Sensory Processing Disorder between the ages of 16 and 65 who are suffering with anxiety, depression, anger, burnout, relationship difficulties, and executive functioning issues; clients who constantly feel either overwhelmed or unstimulated and powerless to change and struggle creating effective routines, systems that actually work for their brain. My primary modalities include Neurodivergent Affirming Approach, Internal Family Systems, Safe & Sound Protocol, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. I work with individuals, couples, and groups. My Groups include one for Late Identified Autistic Adults, and one for Therapeutic D&D.
