Eliza Betteridge

My approach empowers clients to embrace their authentic selves, especially those who may feel they don’t fit traditional molds. This may include individuals with neurodivergence, non-conforming identities, or those in non-traditional relationship styles including non-monogamy forms such as CNM, Polyamory, and Relationship Anarchy. I work with LGBTQ teens and adults and those with fluid or explorative identities. I’m passionate about helping people discover their own path and build a life that truly resonates with who they are. I am trained in nature-informed approaches and can offer outdoor sessions. I utilize an integrated approach of experiential, feminist, and relational methods along with Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) training for reprocessing trauma. I work with individuals ages 12 and older (no couples) and provide services in English.
