With 8+ years of experience in a polyamorous lifestyle, I understand that finding a therapist and people to talk to who truly understand can be challenging.
I have studied with Tamera Peace Research and Education Centre in Portugal, and have a free-love approach to polyamory and ethical non-monogamy. I believe that love free from fear creates a new culture of a more peaceful world. However I know from experience that being polyamorous can bring up some of our deepest wounds and fears. I help people walk through these challenges and navigate them to bring the utmost healing for themselves and their community. As a somatic therapist I work with the body and nervous system to support you to feel calmer and more grounded and to help you feel safer and more free in your body and mind.
