My specialties are in trauma-informed care, LGBTQ+ affirming care, neurodiverse-affirming care, mood disorders, anxiety, grief/loss, stress management, psychological testing, and marital/relationship counseling. I speak English. My approach is a blend of person-centered, feminist theory, and transcendental philosophy. The age range I work with is 14-65.
I have a few sliding scale spots that vary from $60-75/session. I take BCBS PPO, Blue Choice PPO, Cigna/Evernorth, and Aetna.
