I provide mental health therapy for individuals aged 18 and older throughout Washington state virtually, or in-person in my office or outdoors in Seattle. My primary therapy modalities are Internal Family Systems and Ecotherapy. Sessions are in English. I particularly enjoy working with folks who are kinksters, non-monogamous, or LGBTQ+.
Session rate is $155 per 50 minute session. Sliding scale slots may be available, check my Psychology Today for current status. Currently not in-network with any insurance company.
