As a therapist, I guide my clients in defining what fulfillment means to them, creating a path to achieve it, and offering support throughout their journey. I provide trauma-informed care to address a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, neurodivergence, self-esteem and body image issues, behavioral addictions, and challenges with boundaries and codependency. The modalities I use include CBT, DBT, ACT, somatic therapeutic approaches, and art therapeutic approaches. I specialize in working with teen and adult survivors of sexual abuse and relational violence, and members of the polyamorous/ENM, LGBTQ+, and sex work communities.
