I’m a person centred counsellor and psychotherapist and have been practicing for 20 years. I have personal experience of polyamory and work with intimacy, sex and relationship issues.

I provide a space and a quality of attention where you can safely bring how you are and who you are.

I believe you are the expert in your unique life and perspective, and my aim is to facilitate you to use the therapy for what you need, whether that is for increased self-understanding, or to feel heard, supported and understood.
