As a queer therapist, I want to help support you through difficult times or times of self-discovery. Life can be demanding, and I aim to empower you with what you need. That can encompass many things from developing new skills to giving you a safe space to learn more about who you are. Together we will build a place that allows for reflection, growth, and compassion.

Our lives are complex, and I make sure to acknowledge where the different parts of our lives intersect to create unique challenges. To do so, I draw from an eclectic mix of approaches in order to find the best fit for you.

Specialties include: sex therapy, kink-friendly, Gottman method, emotionally focused therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), religious issues/religious trauma, LGBTQ+, gender and sexuality, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
