I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield/Health Advantage, Ambetter, and Qualchoice. Please note, I do not take Federal BCBS plans. For out-of-network insurances, I can provide super bills. My self-pay rates are as follows: Intake: $275 for couples and $250 for individuals. Subsequent Sessions: $225 for couples and $200 for individuals
