Adrian Belmes (he/him)

My name is Adrian Belmes (he/him), and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in working with transgender, gender non-conforming, and queer adults and teens. My practice is centered on supporting individuals facing questions of gender exploration, sexuality, non-monogamous relationships, identity formation, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and interpersonal conflict.

My work is LGBTQ+ affirming, relationship diverse, trauma-informed, sex-positive, kink-aware, and from a harm-reduction perspective. As a therapist who is queer, transgender, kinky, ENM, and a first-generation immigrant, I am committed to supporting my communities. I use a collaborative, person-centered Psychodynamic approach. I also incorporate elements of Narrative Therapy and IFS to support individual needs.

Our therapy space is a place to share your experiences safely and have them received empathetically. I will support you with warmth and compassion in the process of understanding and reconstructing your life story.
