I use a strengths-based and client-centered approach to my work with clients. I believe in your ability to grow, change, and heal even in incredibly difficult circumstances. I work with a diverse range of individuals, couples, and groups on challenges including, but not limited to: racial identity formation, race related trauma, post-partum depression, non-monogamy, dating, familial relationships, career difficulties, adolescent challenges, transitions into adulthood, anxiety, and depression. I provide sessions in English.
