I am an openly queer, transgender, polyamorous, and disabled clinical mental health counselor. I have a passion for working with marginalized populations, particularly serving LGBTQIA+ clients in rural communities. I strive to make my office environment affirming and approachable. I utilize a person-centered and narrative approach to counseling because I firmly believe that you are the expert of your own life and experiences and I value your autonomous and authentic story within the counseling space. Whatever your life experiences may be, and the obstacles you have faced along the way, I am here to work with you. I will collaboratively set goals with you and you will be an active participant in your treatment every step of the way. I am a member of SAIGE (Society for Sexual, Affectional, Intersex, and Gender Expansive Identities) and have actively attended and taught at SAIGE conferences since 2020. I have well over 50 hours of continuing education specific to the LGBTQIA+ community including affirming care practices, kink, non-monogamous relationships, letter writing, and advocacy work.
I speak English and serve individuals, partners, and families of folks ages 13+
