Welcome, I am Regine Amos,LMSW (MSW011612) a queer therapist that specializes in working with Zillennials ( Millennials and Gen Z). I work with individuals and partners, including ethical non-monogamous partners and/or multiple partners. My person-centered approach prioritizes your unique voice and perspective, ensuring that you feel heard and understood. I support clients through life transition, imposter syndrome and work with folks that have a desire to connect with others on a deeper level. I use an integrative approach but mostly pull from Attachment Theory, Emotionally- focused therapy and Acceptance and Commitment therapy. I am rooted in both systems and black feminist thought theory.
I am a self pay therapist that has sliding scale spots open. Individual Therapy is ( 50 Minutes - $125 and 75 Minutes is $185) Relational Therapy is ( 50 Minutes - $150 and 75 minutes $225)
