I work with people who are endeavouring to create deep change in their lives and want to better know themselves. I work from an integrative perspective that includes Internal Family Systems therapy, somatic and relational approaches, mindfulness, and other experiential modalities. I work with people aged 16 and upwards, with concerns ranging from anxiety, depression, identity journeys, meaning crisis, chronic pain, relationship issues, stress, and more.
My full fee is $150 plus HST. I currently have sliding scale rates available upon inquiry.
