I am skilled at helping clients create clear goals, but I am flexible in providing space for more open exploration when that is desired. My style is compassionate, client-centered, and interactive. Specialty areas include anxiety, depression, insomnia, dating and social issues, personal growth, relationship issues, sexual issues including orientation and identity (LGBTQIA-affirmative, kink-aware, poly-aware, sex worker friendly), and gender-affirming services. I also offer sex therapy to individuals and relationship partners.
I also provide EMDR and am certified in CBTi for sleep issues.
