I work with pairs and groups of people to identify each person’s feelings and needs and to brainstorm clear and actionable solutions that will optimally meet the needs of all involved.

COLLABORATIVE DIVORCE & CO-PARENTING AGREEMENTS Sometimes people decide to transition out of their relationship in its current form. This can mean entirely severing ties, but often it means transitioning the relationship into something different: from spouses to divorced co-parents, from lovers to friends. Divorce and separation can be done with respect and care for all involved. I have mediated hundreds of Family Matters cases in the Maine Judicial System (divorce, custody/ contact, and child support disputes). I can support your family through the major transition of divorce or through minor “tune ups” to your co-parenting agreements. I will assist you with navigating the decisions that need to be made regarding the kids and finances in a way that supports a positive, supportive, and peaceful transition for the whole family.
