I provide Individual and relational work specifically focusing on sex therapy (with special interests including working with those within marginalized communities around topics of consensual non-monogamy, polyamory, desire discrepancies, shame, intimacy, sexual health, sexual identity, problematic sexual behaviors, sex work, kink, and BDSM).

My approach is eclectic, using a culturally competent and holistic trauma-informed lens to pull from different modalities, such as cognitive behavioral, narrative, mindfulness-based interventions, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based therapy, which allows me to adapt to what is needed in the moment.
