I provide relational and somatic psychotherapy to adults, teens, couples, triads and polycules. I am passionate about helping people in Poly and ENM communities navigate relationships, intimacy, sexuality, connection, boundaries, healthy conflict & communication through poly-informed attachment theory. I am both personally and professionally knowledgeable and connected to the LGBTQI+, Poly/ENM and Kink communities. My work supports my clients to build their capacity for vitality, eros, power, agency and connection. I offer a complementary 20 minute phone consultation to all prospective clients to get a sense of whether working together could feel beneficial.
