Being queer in today’s world can be TOUGH. You may be struggling to find a support system or your place in the community. You may be struggling to figure out your relationships- maybe you are overwhelmed at the thought of finding a partner, maintaining your relationship(s), or managing conflicting sex drives. Or maybe you need an outlet to talk about how much the world can suck and process what that means for you.
I tend to incorporate mindfulness, coping skills, storytelling, and trauma-work. I come in with an open mind, ready to listen, validate, and challenge where necessary. Therapy isn’t easy. If it was, everyone would do it. There will be challenges and laughter, I’ll be here with you every step of the way.
My fee is $200 for individual and $250 for couples/polycules/etc. I don’t take insurance,but do provide out of network documentation. I also work on a sliding scale.
