I employ a holistic approach to therapy, incorporating biological, social, spiritual, cultural, and psychological aspects. My practice is eclectic, primarily grounded in an existential-humanistic perspective.

My coursework encompassed essential subjects such as Counseling Theory, Human LifeSpan Development, Diagnosis, Appraisal and Assessment in Counseling, Legal and Ethics, Crisis and Trauma in Counseling, Couples Counseling, and Addiction Counseling.

During my internship I helped middle school students from immigrant families and young adults grappling with career choices, family relationship issues, and friendship/intimate relationship challenges.

I focus on helping individual adults older than 17 and couples. Specifically, I help adults that have chosen alternative lifestyles and are grappling with challenges that related to their lifestyles, including: people having nontraditional intimate relationships, women struggling with fertility issues due to medical conditions such as endometriosis, digital nomads/immigrants, and people who are interested in trying psychedelics.
