I offer a variety of services tailored to your needs. I use art, movement, mindfulness, coaching, advocacy, hands on skill building, and traditional talk therapy strategies to help you heal and become the best version of yourself. My practice focuses on bringing balance and connection to the self, to the family, and to the community. I offer flexible scheduling; with sessions on nights and weekends. We can meet at your home, in the community or virtually. I am LGBTQ, kink, ethical non-monogamy, and neurodivergent friendly. I specialize in working with clients ages 11 and up, couples, and families. I have worked with clients with complex trauma, developmental disabilities, Autism, personality disorders, chronic health issues, mood symptoms, behavioral difficulties, and grief/loss.
