Hi! I’m Mara Levy, and my pronouns are they/them. I’m a licensed occupational therapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and certified lymphedema specialist. I want to build a better world, with more justice, safety, and joy for us all. I think an important way to get there is to heal ourselves, and heal those around us. When we heal our trauma and learn to embrace all of who we are, we can find the freedom to build the life we want. I’m here to help.

Somatic therapy can help you heal and create a more joyful and sustainable life. As a licensed occupational therapist, I offer various modalities to support your healing including somatic experiencing, lymphatic drainage massage, functional life coaching for pacing, co-creating systems that work for you, and managing pain, fatigue, and stress.
