Hello, so honored you have found me here! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, that has worked in mental health post-undergrad since 2008 and post-masters since 2012. I’m certified as a Compassionate Bereavement Care Provider for healing traumatic grief. I specialize in healing developmental, attachment and relational trauma as a NARM Therapist (NeuroAffective Relational Model), with my therapist certification becoming finalized in July 2023. I’m queer-identified (pansexual) and polyamorous, both by orientation and by practicing consensual/ethical non-monogamy in my relationship structures. I have a long history in supporting poly, non-monogamous and LGBTQQIP2SA+ communities as an inclusive therapist. My current practice, Here With You Therapy, is offering virtual therapy for adults (18+) in Arizona. I’m moving toward having in-person services in a physical location soon. In my practice, I offer a depth-oriented, eclectic approach to therapy which is guided by what my clients want most for themselves. In the therapy space, I’m passionate about honoring complexity, celebrating authenticity and connecting together as healing, growing humans.
