Sarah Chotkowski LICSW

I specialize in the treatment of high achievers with self-destructive behavior. I treat anxiety, eating disorders, body-focused repetitive behaviors, and substance misuse with cognitive behavioral therapy and a psychodynamic framework. I am passionate about working with folks who identify as LGBTQ*, those who practice kink/fetish, are polyamorous/ENM/CNM, and those who have been or are involved in sex work. I work primarily with individual adults, never children, and if there are partners who are otherwise a good fit for my practice orientation I will happily work with dyads, triads and groups.
