I offer in-person and telehealth individual and relational psychotherapy for English speaking adults in Colorado. I work with issues around love, sex, trauma, culture, identity, and spirituality. Symptoms I work with may include anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, communication issues, loss of heart, loneliness, apathy, anger, cyclical arguments that go nowhere, sexual difficulties, libido differences, etc. I offer a supportive therapeutic space for all people, including the LGBTQIA2S+, BIPOC, polyamorous, and sex workers communities. My style is a combination of contemplative and somatic psychotherapy and clients have described my therapeutic presence as calming, grounding, and exuding safety. I also work with the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
