Dr. Lauren Pichard

I am an Energy Psychologist. I have studied western psychology and spiritual practices from around the world. I have taken the best of the best of what I have learned and created Ascension Psychology. The focus is usually on healing subconscious conflict from past life, ancestral patterns and childhood trauma. Attachment patterns are usually the first trauma and can create anxiety, depression, low self esteem and other relationship, mental, and emotional issues. I help people remove, resolve and heal the stuff that is not theirs and identify who they truly are and help them live authentically as themselves. In the process of doing this, people feel a whole lot better!

I work with adults aged 18 and above, all religions, gender, sexual orientation, etc. My main focus is on spiritual seekers and people that want to know the truth of who they are and the world around them. I have a special interest in the mind/body connection and healing the emotional, mental, and spiritual causes of physical disease so the body can heal itself.
