Hi there! I am an autistic therapist specializing in working with other autistic folx who want to learn how to unmask, dismantle internalized ableism, and live a more authentic life. The therapy I provide is liberation focused and neurodiversity-affirming. My therapy style is existential/humanistic and person-centered. I pull from various other therapy modalities such as ACT, DBT, mindfulness, yoga, narrative therapy, Jungian therapy and more. I provide online therapy for people residing in MN, AR, CA, & FL.
