In a world where we have been made to believe that “one size fits all”, many have felt dismissed or overlooked when seeking out therapy. I have learned that mental illness does not discriminate and “one size” does not fit all – in clothes or therapy. I make sure to stay flexible to your needs for therapy and ask for your feedback at the end of the session so that I may improve the next session. It’s important to me that I give my clients a selection of tools allowing them to see which ones work best for them and helping them feel confident in using them.
