MS in Counseling from Southern Methodist University (specialty in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in LGBTQIAP+ Affirmative Therapy). I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas (LPC#89773)
My specialty area is LGBTQIAP+ affirmative counseling, in that I am trained and experienced in working with all types of sexes, genders, sexual/affectional orientation, and lifestyles. I work with individuals ages 13 to 85 with concerns of anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, and dissociative disorders. My approach is person-centered and I integrate CBT, DBT, art, and music in my work with clients. I am English-speaking. My office is wheelchair-accessible, and I also offer online therapy.
