My mission is to work together human to human, heart to heart, to bring more peace, clarity, and aliveness to your life. People seek out coaching when they want to see and feel change in their lives. Coaching helps individuals set and achieve goals, develop new perspectives and tools, and gain greater self-awareness.
My goal as a Relationship and Mindfulness Coach is to help you craft mindful relationships built on authenticity and self-trust. My reason for being a Relationship and Mindfulness coach is that I believe that the way we relate to ourselves internally is reflected externally in all aspects of our lives, including relationships, family, and work.
Your relationship with yourself is the most important foundation for other relationships to build upon and flourish. It takes a ton of work to rebuild, build, and renovate. Without mindfulness or self-awareness, it’s like building with no blueprint. Within a loving, committed, and conscious relationship, we have the capacity to confront discomfort, experience growth, and develop a deeper understanding of one another.
