Ruth Milsten

Ruth Milsten, MSW, LCSW-C, CYT (pronouns: she, her, hers) is a Masters Level Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Social Worker Supervisor, Holistic Health Educator, Certified Yoga Teacher and Sound Healer. She is passionate about providing hope and help for young adults, ages 18-35ish. Ruth provides Holistic Counseling, Clinical Social Work Supervision, Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing and Workshops. Ruth is passionate about helping clients cope with many issues, such as: navigating life transitions; anxiety, trauma and grief; relationship issues and mind/body/spirit connection. Ruth offers Holistic Counseling, which is a combination of talk therapy combined with holistic modalities, including mindfulness, guided meditation, somatic and energy awareness, Buddhist and Eastern philosophies, healing crystals and more. Ruth Is LGBTQIA+, Kink and Poly Aware and allied. Ruth is committed to affirming identities for all folks. She honors each client as an individual, who is the expert of their own journey of self-discovery, healing and growth. Ruth takes Blue Cross, Blue Shield and sees clients in person and through telehealth.
