I have many years of personal and professional experience with polyamory, and with the LGBTQ+ community. Major modalities I use include emotions-focused therapy, internal family systems therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and narrative therapy. That said, each client and each relationship system is different, so the approach we use together will be customized to you and your needs. I strive to be welcoming, inclusive, and culturally competent of multiple intersecting identities. I offer virtual and in person sessions.
