I specialize in relationships, not just couples, but healthy relationships within ourselves. Often times we struggle with presenting concerns such as: past trauma, anxiety,depression and other mental health issues. I believe in healthy sexuality and work from a sex positive frame work with members of the LGBTQIA, BDSM, Kink and non-monogamous lifestyles such as polyamory, swinging. It has become a passion of mine to help those who identify as part of these communities to become secure in their sexuality and have happy healthy relationships. I am a certified Emotionally Focused Couples therapist and I take those same concepts and apply them to poly or other alternative lifestyle relationships. I help client’s discover their true sexuality and achieve more secure attachments to their partners, strengthen communication, and go beyond the surface to help clients understand feelings of jealousy.
