Tabitha Brown

I am a clinical social worker that focuses on providing therapy to those that are in the LGBTQIA, kink, and poly communities. I have previous experience working with those in the unhoused community and folks in the perinatal stages. My lived experience includes being part of the LGBTQIA population and living in a larger/fat body. Oftentimes my practice focuses on mitigating the impact of oppression, empowering clients, and assisting with behavioral changes that may reduce symptoms of mental illness. I usually serve individuals that are 14 years and older that are experiencing anything from symptoms of depression, anxiety, interpersonal conflict, trauma, disordered eating, and more. I utilize different therapeutic modalities depending on the client that I am working with and what symptoms they are experiencing.

I am here to help clients build the tools, resilience, and knowledge to grow and thrive. Clients deserve a clinician that is informed about who they are and the community they live in. I want to provide mental health care that helps you handle the stresses of life, past traumas, finding who you are, where you belong, and anything life throws at you. I am here to get through it together.
