I provide affirming and knowledgeable psychotherapy to individuals and romantic partners, with a focus on the LGBTQIA+, non-monogamous, and BDSM/kink communities. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds and careers who are navigating a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development and those struggling with a history of problematic sexual behaviors. To me, therapy is both an avenue for processing our personal struggles, and also part of combating the oppressive systems that undermine well-being. In that vein, as a queer cis white man, I strive to cultivate an antiracist and anti-oppressive practice. I am trained in Internal Family Systems, and also utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic theory, but will work with you collaboratively to develop a treatment plan that suits your unique needs and goals.
