Having Tactical Social Worker as your therapist or coach is an experience beyond “traditional” therapy practices. I take time to learn what drives my client’s behaviors which creates a safe space in sessions. Through trust and compatibility, I assist clients in identifying their unique and evolving needs - whether individually, or as a unit. Education is a huge part of evolution. This means learning who you are, what you need, and having the words to effectively express yourself to those you share space with. My passion and purpose is in assisting clients in creating boundaries to provide layers of emotional safety as they navigate life.
Adjusting to change is exhausting, yet ignites a transformation that starts from within. Discovering new layers of your existence is exciting yet unnerving. I’m here to hold space for you during your journey of self-discovery. I’m here to encourage you to hold space for yourself - all layers of you - during every phase of discovery.
English is my primary and only language. I have experience working with clients of different ages, races, belief systems, sexual orientation, and genders - specifically those in marginalized communities. This includes Black and Brown individuals and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
