I work from trauma-informed, anti-racist, and attachment-based perspectives. I’m queer and polyamory-affirming. In our work together, we’ll explore somatic strategies to help calm your nervous system. I work with teens, adults, romantic partnerships (2+), and families. I have experience treating chronic suicidality and self-harm, particularly with teens. I welcome all sexual, romantic, and gender identities, and enjoy working with those who consider themselves outside of social norms. I can provide traditional, process-oriented talk therapy as well as EMDR therapy.
