Brooke specializes in working with adults and adolescents who have experienced trauma, substance abuse and addiction, anxiety, and depression. Brooke is passionate about her work with the LGBTQ+ community and women’s issues. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing. Brooke encourages clients to explore their traumas through resilience training and she utilizes her extensive training in Solution-Focused and Short-Term/Brief Counseling as well as Team CBT to facilitate rapid results for clients. Brooke believes her clients have the answers to their questions and she works to empower her clients to release their emotional burdens and find their way to lasting fulfillment. Brooke is paneled with Aetna and Cigna and sees clients in Georgia and Florida.
