I attained a Psy.D. (doctor or psychology) degree in Clinical Psychology from Adler University in Chicago, IL. As part of my degree program, I earned dual emphases, one in Traumatic Stress Psychology and the other in Adlerian Psychology. I am currently being supervised and working under the license of Tillary Blackman, who is licensed in Illinois (license number 071.010501) and is also a member of PsyPact, which enables us to serve clients in all 28 participating states (https://psypact.site-ym.com/page/psypactmap).

Through Blackman & Boles, PLLC I offer a free initial consultation so that potential clients can get a sense of who I am and whether they want to move forward in working with me. I see clients on a private pay basis, but clients may seek reimbursement from their insurance providers. I primarily provide therapy services to adults, both individuals and folks in families or romantic relationships. I specialize in working with folks who have been impacted by various traumas and stressors throughout their lives as well as those experiencing distress related to engaging in intercultural/interracial relationships or other non-traditional (ENM.polyam/etc) relationship types and structures.
Generally between $200-150, with sliding scale options between $100-50 available. Limited pro bono options may be available based on need and capacity to take on pro bono folks.
