I provide individual, couple/relationship, and family therapy. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, ADHD, sexual orientation, and gender across the lifespan. A trauma-informed, anti-racist, and feminist lens frames all of my work. My practice is sex positive, sex worker friendly, and affirming of diverse relationship structures (ENM, polyam, monogamy). With experience in cognitive-behavioral, relational psychodynamic, family-systems, and client-centered modalities, and additional training in approaches such as Emotion Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, and Internal Family Systems, we can chart a course of care that’s specific to your needs. I’m an out of network provider and can provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Sliding scale is also available.
