See my website for details. I am semi-retired after 37 years on the staff of Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN from 1967 to 1988, and in Jacksonville, FL from 1988 through 2004. The services I provide include consultations and evaluations, and various types of therapy. The types of therapy include all forms of stress management, applied psychophysiology, behavioral/learning therapies including cognitive behavior therapies, many types of relaxation procedures, and sometimes integrated sociocultural,psychodynamic, and existential approaches.

My education, training, and experience have encompassed a very broad array of symptoms and disorders, and patients of nearly all ages although primarily adults.

Therapy sessions based on $180./hour


Psychological Testing: $200. to $800. (2 to 8 hours)


Phone-based therapy: $100 to $200. depending on time


Special letters: $200. to $800. depending on complexity


No sliding scale but extra time typical without extra charges and 20% discounts available in special circumstances
