Ally Simone

I believe every individual is the expert of their lived experience and is equipped with the resources they need to grow, change, and thrive, and I also believe we all need a little help to get there sometimes. I am here to walk alongside you in your journey, offering empathy, challenging harmful beliefs, and providing tools for personal growth.

I have experience supporting folks who are unhoused, sex workers, children in the foster care system, foster parents, people experiencing infertility, people considering their pregnancy options, birth parents, adoptees, traditional families, people experiencing addiction, anxiety, depression, PSTD, and other mental health conditions, LGBTQ+ folks, BIPOC folks, people in the kink community, people in ethically non-monogamous or polyamorous relationships, people considering divorce or separation, children, teenagers, and adults in all stages of life.

I am committed to equity and inclusion, both personally and professionally and my goal is always that my clients feel seen and supported in all aspects of their identity. I am LGBTQ+, and gender affirming, sex/kink positive and welcome all relationship configurations. I recognize and value all types of diversity including ethnicity, race, size, gender, sexual orientation, class, religion, and abilities.
