I have a BA in Counseling Psychology from Johnson & Wales University. I am currently working on my MA in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. My anticipated graduation is in Winter 2022. I am in internship and under the supervision of Anne Ross from Across Counseling, VA LCSW license 0904006452
I work with young adults, adults, and older teens that are experiencing difficulty with identity, sexual identity, trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, stress, and relationship issues. I am affirming to the LGBTQIA+ community. I work from an integrative approach and draw from psychodynamic, internal family systems (IFS), person-centered, and feminist theory in my work with clients. I also integrate other approaches as appropriate.
Currently, I accept clients on a sliding scale of $50-$75. I do not accept insurance.
