Depression, anxiety, anger, fear, and loneliness are often a result of a difficult past. Add in present day struggles and these emotions can easily take ahold of you. This may cause you to lose hope in the future. I want to help you rediscover that hope one day at a time. I use CBT as a baseline to help those struggling with depression, anxiety, anger, and other emotional issues.
