I take a holistic approach to therapy, leaning heavily on the teachings of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Therapy is not “one size fits all,” and I enjoy getting creative to ensure that you have all of the tools you need to live the life you want. I specialize in treatment of eating disorders, BPD, and PTSD. As a member of the community, my office is a safe space for all LGBTQIA+ individuals or are exploring their sexuality, gender identity, and sexual interests. I am sex-positive, polyamory- and kink-friendly, and can provide a validating environment for all who practice or are interested in non-traditional relationship styles and structures. $175 for initial intake, $130 per session; $200 for couples therapy intake, $150 per session
