Mental health is a journey and I feel privileged when someone allows me to travel part of their road with them. I have been practicing therapy for approximately 15 years in the area of general adult mental health including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and trauma response/processing, as well as personality disorders. The Poly/BDSM/Kink community needs people who can allow a safe and accepting space for its members to process and work on issues that may be directly related to their lifestyle journey, their potentially complex and broad relationship landscapes, and self-exploration; as well as the wide and vast array of issues that every person faces both inside and outside of the community.
