Hi! I am the mindful, nurturing, trauma-informed doula with Moon Sage Mama Birth & Breastfeeding. For 15 years, I worked as a trauma counselor and educator. I operate all that I do from that supportive and loving lens. It is my hope to support families of all kinds in their hopes for fertility, a nurtured birth, a healing postpartum, and lactation support.
