I provide therapeutic relationship, intimacy, and sexuality coaching and welcome adults of all ages. Coming from a conservative religious background, I enjoy assisting people to reconnect with their hidden sexual selves and to explore new ways of relating. Non-monogamy has been an amazing catalyst for my personal growth. Challenges abound and growth takes time, but the rewards have been well worth it. I was on the volunteer team at the Awareness Institute for many years. I am trained in Biodynamic Breathing and Trauma Release.
