I provide therapeutic mental health counseling for adults (18+). I work well with people who care for others - as family, friends, or professionally - and feel stress around that experience. I also work well with caring people trying to balance careers and personal life - especially those who work in technology, medicine, education, and social work. I am affirming and knowledgeable of both traditional (monogamous) and unique family structures - blended families, ‘chosen’ families, ENM, LGBTA+. I am a ‘counselor’s counselor’, welcoming therapists as clients.
